Stop at Engelsviken in outer Oslofjord. Then, proceed to Thyboroen at west coast of Denmark. From there, why not head directly into the English Channel and stop wherever you desire. If you depend on diesel refuel, beware that Thyboroen generellay only supplies fishing vessels.
