I have just brought a Worx Oscillating Multi tool in order to remove a few rounded off stainless steel bolts. It just came with a cheap blade for cutting wood but nothing for use on ferrous metals.

I have been googling and found one here here but it is in the USA.

Anyone know where I can get one? All the UK blades I have found are only to be used on non-ferrous metals. My tool is meant to fit most brands of blade.

Don't think you can get blades for them for stainless/hard/ferrous metals - http://www.sharkblades.co.uk/worxsonicrafter-blades are good value but a quick check shows only blades rated for "soft metal"

I've got the Bosch version and I've used mine extensively over the years but never cut anything harder than aluminium with it and I reckon you would be better with a demolition saw/reciprocating saw and a decent blade

I have an angle grinder but I can't get it anywhere near the bolt. I can't get a hacksaw or junior hacksaw near it either. Also as in my link above there are blades made by Bosch for cutting ferrous metal, I just wondered if anyone knew where to get it from the UK.

I don't think I would be able to get a dremel near it either, I will try and get a photo to post tomorrow as it is in such an awkward position. In the mean time I have emailed Bosch to see if I can get the above blade in the UK.

Well its not the same one but it does state that it is suitable for ferrous metal, again thats only available in the USA, couldn't see any link for UK purchase.

That is an OSC114 blade and I have used them to cut 6mm SS before now, my 10.8v Bosch did not like it but the mains one is fine, look on the Bosch site for a proper tool shop I got 6 off the shelf easily, n.b. The price will make you cough a bit, I paid close to £120 + VAT wholesale for 6
