can't rememeber if anyone was interested but seeing as i'm here, i'll update anyway.

work is ongoing. stripping the decks out and remaking the deck beams (aft) the mahogany cabin sides and combing have responded well to a lick of the belt sander.

today should see the replacement of most of the aft sections of deck, and both sides of tghe cabin woodwork repaired and ready for finishing (varnish)

engines are ready to be lifted, but i still need to get hold of the FSD diesels to refit.

i must say it's taken too long to get here, but she's improving noticeably every day.

i'm looking froward to seeing her finished, but like everything else, i'm not rushing it.

happy boating.

Excellent news, Steve.

Does this mean that we're going to have a Wareham meet this year to view the results? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

See . knew you couldn't resist , but you can also see the difference between the start and the present , worth doing ? , I should koko matey , deffinately

the pics don't do her justice.

the wood looks lovely, both inside and out.

hopefully next week will see the decks replaced. then, if my bank can stand it an iroko deck will be bonded onto this.

the week after should see the exterior finished... with exception of the double glazing.. that may have to wait until iv'e finished sanding/repairing the interior.
