Ore entrance changed since last year?

I would like to enter the Ore for the Easter weekend and it does not look as if the bouys are back yet. Has anyone who uses this entrance regularly any comments on if it is similar to last year, or have any banks moved?

I rang the quay / harbour master yesterday he thought the bouys were on the side at Felixstowe Ferry awaiting conformation of the Trinity House Survey he did not have any info about the entrance and suggested I ring John White at FF. I have decided to go to Southwold.
