Does anyone know when the Ore buoys are due to go in? Normally they’re in for Easter. We’re due up there in a week or so.

Neither the Ore or the Deben entrance has been surveyed yet this year. It’s hoped it will be done imminently when weather permits.
Until that happens, and Trinity House decide new buoy positions, the Ore buoys will not be replaced. If you want to go there earlier, try giving the Orford HM a call.
Same applies to the Deben although there the buoyage is still in 2023 positions, and you definitely need to consult John White at the Ferry because the entrance has changed considerably.
I’ll post here when the work has been done and our new chartlets are on our website. The old versions on there now carry warnings.
