Orbital polisher recommendation?

The mind fairly boggles... but I suppose if you've got a supply of dodo juice, it might as well be used in a good cause. Don't tell David Attenborough, though.

+1 for Meguiars by hand. Been using this on a 34 footer for the last 5 years and very happy with the results.

Just my 2 pence and worked for me . I bought the upper end of polishers in a dewalt , it has great variable speed and does not loose torque on the lower settings of speed which is handy as the compound does not fly all over the poor soul anti fouling next ot me ,
As product I researched this for months and came up with Presta products started on the heavy compound and finished of with the polish compound , then waxed it with pure carnuba wax , this took about 2 days , on 42 ft

I use the Silverline also. It has a variable speed build-up. It is heavy but I can manage a 25 foot hull with a stand-on platform. I wrote an article about polishing with it a while ago. The Farecla products are different now but the principle is the same How-to Guide: Restoring the Shine on a GRP Hull - Boat Angling There will be armchair experts and real experts getting their pants in a wad about techniques, but this approach has worked for my hulls for years
