I bet there aren't the divisions within the golfing ranks that we now appear to have.

I used to think ours was a happy pastime, where you were among friends.

Am I alone in actually quite liking "stinkies" (I hate that term too...).

Oooh, I dunno. I believe that there are varied opinions about the status/abilities/usefulness of women golfers that would match any raggie/stinkie controversy.

I love being on the water in any guise and enjoy both sailing and powerboating. The main reason that I have a powerboat at the moment (apart from the fact that I'm a boy racer at heart) is that I have young kids and it seems to be the best way to get us all on the water, having fun. I have, however, hung on to my aged Mirror dinghy and will be phasing it in over the next few years with a view (perhaps) to defecting to the other side eventually.

But why not enjoy both? They're not mutually exclusive.

Well thats about half a dozen responses, of which several were already involved in the thread so likely to make the effort. As far as most people on the board are aware this thread ceased to exist the day after it was posted.

You could post whatever you like here now, £100 for every response and unless someone was alerted to the offer you'd get maybe 5 takers, tops. (Not that I'm offering £100 I hasten to add!!)

Not having dateslip as the default setting just doesn't work on a busy forum because there's no way most people will ever see replys to old subjects (ie anything more than a few hours old).

As has been ably demonstrated.

Pity really.

Haven't changed it user options, but dateslip set to on so must be by default

Well we just got back from the Weymouth trip. Good job MF has her big oil drum breast inplant replacement theropy thingy or else we would never have made it. No diesel in Weymouth. None in Torquay. Had to pay horendious 32P in Brixham../forums/images/icons/frown.gif Still Deborah enjoyed the trip, dead flat all the way. Bit worried how she feels when it gets a bit lumpy.../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
