Most here wear rubber, some are into leather, and others go naked. "capnsensible" goes sailing................

We wear our crocs on the beach - no wet wooden pontoons (nor dry ones either) - but crocs, in the original style, can be suicidal on some surfaces

Catering Bistro Crocs have a much better nonslip sole on all surfaces, but no vents-brilliant for fetching more logs in winter!

Maybe too small a market here, log collection is very niche - never seen them here but we will keep our eyes open, thanks for the tip.

Wouldn't have thought so, the Dunlop Purofort's as pictured are standard deckware for commercial fishing - I expect they have the anti-slip soles.

Dunlops look good. I loved my Gill tall sailing boots but they didn't last very well at all splitting after just over a season. When I returned to the shop they looked at me like I was an idiot when I questioned that level of durability. Wellie boots can last for years! (I realise the flexibility requirements of sailing boots might be a bit greater though)
