Isn't there one in the help menu? Might be an option when you install, can't remember. Mine is saved already on the hard disk.

To the right of the page, there are 6 icons. One of them is "Export to pdf"

OpenCPN has built in help, from the help menu (where else )

But, it can also be downloaded here : https://opencpn.org/wiki/dokuwiki/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=opencpn:files:opencpn-4.8.0-help.zip

Unzip the file and click on "help_en_US"

Well worth a good dig around in the manual, OpenCPN is such powerful piece of software with some great plugins. Like weather, the wfax plugin can load synoptics/sat pics straight from the web and display over the charts, really interesting to compare with gribs. And gribs - you can display wind and gusts which with a synoptic can hint at just how gusty a front will be going over - then if you download cape as well in the grib it will give a hint about likely thunderstorms.
