Another year when the voor Anker festival is not the same weekend as our bank holiday. What's the consensus?

The last couple of years have been sparse on forum boats. Are we going to try and get a few boats across; weather permitting of course, and if so should we aim for the bank hol or the festival weekend the following week?

When's the Calais Rally - if it's on the BH weekend I suppose we could do both for once!!

Cirrus is registered for OvA so I guess I'll be there. Really looking forward to it.

Thinking about going to Gravelines the weekend of 24-25 May for their classic festival. It's on a much smaller scale than OvA but a very friendly 'local' festival.

Calais is End of May Bank Holiday as usual.

Surprisingly few actual dates mentioned for a thread headed 'dates', so to save everyone else having to search:

Early May Bank Holiday - Mon 5th May
Late May Bank Holiday - Mon 26th May
Oostend Voor Anker - Thursday 29th May to Sunday 1st June
