Happened to be driving along the Esplanade this morning, how many fenders do you have along the pontoon............and do you have a white with blue ends please.
Oops ..... A Sorry Story.. Wnat can possibly go wrong. ?

The fine display of fenders on my empty mooring are all from the "Medway Chandlery" and its slightly unreliable delivery system.
Will consider you request, unless there is a gap in my own pontoon defences needing filling.
Posession is 9/10ths of the law.
Might nip down and count them today.

Looks like I might have to adopt the "Cockleshell Heroes" method and get togged up appropriately.
A rather large wave popped one out of the fender basket while we were rounding North Foreland, it valiantly stayed attached for a couple of minutes until the 10 year old line finally gave up and off it went....hopefully it might be a homing fender and is voyaging home.
ps. If you do go via the overland route there were loads of pots off Sheppy in a direct line between Copperus and Spile, although they were pretty well marked.

Have just this moment popped two routes into my ZX81 computor, the overland and the Princess, all depends on WX now.
Hoping to go Friday if shaft turns up as promised.
