He should really have done some research on paddle wheel design first before building this contraption - I am sure that he could have built it to be much more efficient.
For instance, all of those inflatable floats must have a lot of form drag, compared to a continuous section of buoyancy, ideally more aerofoil shaped.
I wonder if he is going to re-launch and set off again?

If he was going up the ICW I think he could perhaps be entitled to say that he is restricted in his ability to manoeuvre - but where and how would he hoist the appropriate signal?
There again, most of the tangerines 'diggin' the ditch' probably wouldn't know what the signal means anyway, so not much point in hoistin' one.
