Online radio application forms

Can anyone give me the site address within Ofcom that lets me download a ships station licence because I can't find it.

There is something on the RYA web site regarding this. I understand Ofcom have come to thier sense's and now going to provide a licence free of charge!!!!......guess I may get one now!!!!
