Online brokerage forms

Can anyone direct me to an online source for not only a draft bill of sale for a UK vessel but also the form for an agreement to sell? I want to formalise the sale of my boat without going through a broker.

The RYA have an agreement for buying / selling a yacht. This can be downloaded from there website if you are a member. Or email there legal department for a word copy. The same document is also available in a RYA book available from your local chandery called Buying a secondhand yacht the legal aspects. costs about a fiver.
