I'm currently looking to recruit one man and his boat to complete a transatlantic crossing by the end of this year. Good experience necessary whether sailing solo or as the member of larger crews.
The remuneration package is very generous.

This is odd. I think you need to explain more.

Direction. West bound? from where to where Ie. from UK.
Are you looking to hire a crewmember.
Or are you looking to pay someone to take you across the Atlantic in their boat as a paying passenger?
