I don't have the skill to spray it freeehand and so I will need a stencil. Ideas as to where I can get such a thing for such a thing would be really appreciated.

However, to get to the marine application, I thought how cool would it be to have a line of boat namings in graffiti-style...?

Just a wild guess, from the nuances of the handwriting, the imperial dimensions of the wall blocks and the fact those oil bottles are 4 quarts not 5 litres: Los Angeles

KevB is on the money but there's actually a category on dafont.com for graffiti fonts - http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=606&page=1&fpp=100&text=everything+is+important.

A Graffiti font would make a great boat name try "Amsterdam Graffiti" or "Philly Sans". A signwriter would make you a stencil or I could have it made in stainless for you!

depending just how large you want it print on many pieces of paper get some thin plastic and cut it out using paper as template
