Onan 12MDKAD issues

Hi there,
I’m looking for help with ongoing issues with my Onan MDKAD.
The boat suffered a lightning strike 4 years ago. The boat was very much re-wired top to bottom.
Insurance gave me the run around and I ended up spending 10.5k on having the generator overhauled. Since then I have spent another 10k (cash) in control cards as they continuously burn out.
All work carried by Authorised dealer however the problem has not been fixed.
The generator always blows the card when you are removing the load of the generator e.g turning off power outlets etc.

Any ideas on what I should be looking for that mat cause this issue?

Thanks mate. I’m just looking for assistance in what to look at and go from there, so we can go back to enjoying the boat to it’s full potential.
