on sea with fairline 33 t

I bought a fairline 33 targa with 2x 200hp diesels. (1990). The boat is in perfect condition.
Is it save to go on the sea with this boat? I'm planning to go to Bretagne this summer (from Holland).
With what weather conditions is it ok to still go on sea? (4 beaufort?)

The boat is capable but are you? I would suggest that you have some training first. Wind direction and tides make a big difference to a comfortable crossing or a rough crossing,

Travel in company with another boat that has experience until you get some sea miles under your belt.
