On her way back!

CLOUD9 is on the way back from Mallorca. She is a 2007 Princess 58. The previous owner (who may be on here?) traded up to a new, larger Princess and took the original name with him, Dellavee. Maybe some of you will know the boat... she has spent the last 8 years between Poole and Antibes.. jfm? There is a bit to do to get her Bristol-fashion before she is handed over to me by Princess. She was picked up from Palma on 31st March and has suffered a convoluted route with a number of stops in Malta, Croatia and Turkey. Im starting to get excited as the next stop is Antwerp, where she will be offloaded. Im hoping to get over to crew for the Princess skipper and bring her back to Swanwick. Once the work is all complete CLOUD9 will go to her home in Torquay. Thanks for the interest.
Just thought... If you do know the boat and there are horror stories.... Im not sure if I want to know!!

Dellavee doesn't ring any Antibes bells with me, either on a 58 or on a newer/larger princess. Good luck with remainder of delivery and handover

CLOUD9 ended up being offloaded in Rotterdam rather than Antwerp. I went over last week and came back with the skipper and crew. We were stuck in Rotterdam for a day waiting for kinder weather, but it was a great few days and really useful to get a feel for the boat on the non-stop 9 hour trip from Rotterdam to Southampton. Cant wait to get my hands on her properly and get her down to Torquay before too much of the season passes by! Ive got to organise a fair bit of new gear, so stand-by for a few mundane questions!

Congratulations on getting to this stage. Ref the above, a correction. The new dellavee is right here on mole Sud in Antibes!

Congratulations, looks great!

not sure if its just the picture angle but the first picture in the lift looks bows down with the forward strap a little further back than i would have expected!

hope you have many happy hours with her!
