Sixpence, after near disaster when there was a very loud bang, and the only thing stopping her from falling over was the forklift, was finally launched on Saturday 14th June 2008. A little later than planned but couldn't be helped, no point risking everything we've done by rushing.
Many thanks to David (Oldsalt) who drove all the way from oop North just to help out, hope you enjoyed the delivery job David /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif and to Darren, Peter, Simon, Colin and our very own tillergirl who kept David and Darren busy on the trip /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
She is now sitting on my mooring, and as soon as the rest of the bottle screws turn up, the mast will go up, I hope /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif are you free Neil ? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif and we can move her onto her tidal mooring and go sailing /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif if anyone can come over for the teaching bit /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Brendan, did you ever think you would see the day ? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Chris, with fuel prices the way they are, only the sensible are moving over to sail /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Sorry I've been a bit distracted from here recently folks, but up to the point where David said that the water in the bilges was normal, I've been suffering the stress just a little bit /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Now able to relax, she is floating happily outside, and I can rest a bit, cos I is proper knackered now /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
