Hi everyone, new to this forum business so please be gentle.
I have a lovely little 17ft boat crying out to be fixed up and used on those " days off " I keep talking about ( hence the username) . According to the previous owners its an Oldenburg Grace 17 ? Has Grace 17 logo on the hull so no reason to doubt this. My main problem is that one of their locals saw fit to smash the front "windscreen" in the cabin by throwing a brick over the fence and I was hoping someone out there was familiar with the type and could tell me what the glass was from, I was told they used a common car or van screen of the time 1970's / 1980's when manufactured, it is curved on the edges and looks the right shape for a vehicle screen.
Any info of any sort would be much appreciated
I would prefer to hunt down the correct part rather than bolt a piece of polycarb on the front.
