Can't complain about that. Whether it would have held pressure for a reasonable time is doubtful.

I also tested a liferaft which came with my boat 13 yrs ago. Took it to the local testing station and it inflated fine, but it had not been tested for years and some of the seams were beginning to come apart. The company said that they would not re-certfy it as it was so old so it was scrapped/

Now put it on Gumtree as a kids garden pool adapted for English climate. Should get you at least £30 towards the new raft, £50 if you scrub the mould off!
