Old navionics card

I have an old icom fp-561 plotter, which takes the (very) old Navionics microchart cards. These are the ones that are about the size of a thick credit card.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement cards? I am looking for cartogtaphy for the west coast of Scotland

How much of West coast of Scotland do you need? Do you have any spare microcharts? Where are you based? All these questions but I might be able to help...
