Goodbye and thank you !

After nearly 16 amazing years here at Time Inc / IPC it's time for me to move on.

This is a quick thank you to all of you who have contributed over the years as well as show me some (very) generous hospitality !

I am staying in the industry and will be London based but would rather not say anymore other than I shall be working in metres rather than feet ....

I will be at LBS for one day so be nice to them when I have gone !

You also have a great team here at ybw.com now so be nice to them too !

Best wishes, Richard, and I hope your skill at pouring oil on sometimes turbulent waters will not be needed so greatly. Your objectivity and maturity will be missed.

You mean my post in the lounge or telling folk on the "other" forum im off ?

I posted in the lounge and here as thats where I am known the most.

The industry ( and company) that I am going to has a very strict social media policy. It's a company I have always wanted to work for and is the only one I would leave Time Inc for.

I am incredibly fortunate that a position came up and I was chosen.

We already publish magazines in this sector and is an industry I very much enjoy, not for the glitz and glamour but the sheer complexity of it.
