thanks gin. just getting the last of the nail clippings off the floor.......

not sure about the hours to go.....need to make one more cockpit combing, attach the tiller fit anchor horser ( not the right spelling i am sure) attach companionway lock and put the mast up. sounds a lot but, , , , , i will have her done in the week. (fingers crossed)

Nice work. My first ever boat was a Caprice. Medway area. Odd name: Lee Boy II. I had this odd notion it was unlucky to change a boat's name, so it stuck. God knows why it was called that. A 9mtr.mast by Selden- ordered mid March for 5-6 week delivery- now expected 17 June. Work that out!!!

I expect ,because its coming from Scandinavia they meant metric weeks.

reginold. yes i got your pm did you get mine. i have found a jib, but its in poor repair. it will do the rest of the season but not much more.

GIN: i have a sail (blue) that has a 27foot leach (the bit that runs up the mast i think.......always get that wrong). not sure about the length of the foot but it maybe a good spare. either that or i can turn it into a cover for my boat..ha ha
