We were bloody good at it. I used to get the millions out of the companies by telling them about the problem, then discussing the issue. They liked that approach a lot more, so did lots of business with me, rather than wait for new account manager to find a discrepancy in contract, which happened annually. Everyone else ended up sorting deals out on courtroom steps! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Interesting days in IT were those.

I'm not going to say a great deal more, as a lot more happened behind the scenes

I didn't like what they were doing at the time, and did things ethically, as far as I know.
