Oil temperature

At that level of power I'm sure the oil will be changed very regularly. If the measured temp is 110C, the temp in big ends would be much higher and not good or extended running at that temp even with decent fully synthetic oil.

Curious on the oil warm up, it's common with car engines as most wear happens while the engine is warming up. With an expensive marine engine, it would make sense to have the same oil warming system.

Yup, oil is usually changed every 20 hours or so - possibly even less, e.g. after one single poker run.
But the high cost of fully synthetic oil is actually trivial, when compared to the overall running costs of these engines/boats.
Besides, you should consider also that the oil quantity, and its flow rate, are much higher than with stock engines.
Therefore, the difference you're talking about is probably much less than in "normal" stuff.
