Wow. Looks like a different prop! Nice job.

It’s like one of those before and after slimming ads....where they let their gut drop and put on a miserable face for the first shot....and the after is sucking in the stomach, standing at an angle and smiling.
Your before shot is a dirty prop on a piece of bubble wrap....while the after, is all shiny, at an angle with a castle in the background !

What did they do ... melt it down and cast another one?

Made a template from the least damaged blade and the straightened the bent blades and welded in additional material before reprofiling and rebalancing.
Top job throughout!
