Having never been to the "other side " before, Im a bit unsure of what to find once I cross into the Eastern hemisphere.

Assuming I am making my approach from the south on the M25 what is the best turnoff for EXcell? Do I cross the river on the M25 and is it a toll bridge??

Finally why the bl**dy Hell did they move it from Earls Court which I could reach in half an hour from work after an early shift??

My son has driven off with my map book... again!

Thanks Nick

LIBS> >>> Yes Dartford Tunnel is still a toll charge....despite having been paid for!!! and despite Govt assurances that when it was paid for it would revert to Freeflow. So it will cost you a quid. Take 2nd exit leftbound on A13 (towards Dagenham & London) and follow to Junction with A 406\ M11, Turn left and follow signs for Excel....Should take you about 20mins if traffic not to heavy.....Have a great day. I'm coming up from the far west tomorrow so if you spot a yokel with straw in their hair looking dazed at the Docklands Light railway that'll be me! My almanac only does the blue bits not the brown round the edge! Happy days

Re: LIBS BEWARE...

Have had message from captain cliveski, Apparently there have been a lot of break ins of cars in the LIB area and on one occassion lights went down, cause was found to be four men of eastern european extraction hauling one of the generators through a hole cut in the fence. If I could work out how to do it I would forward the post, just be careful guys. Have a good time.

If you aren't arriving in rush hour (say before 10:00) there is also the option to go up the A2 throught the Blackwall Tunnel and then right onto the A13.

Given that 80% of leisure boating is supposed to be on the South Coast, it is causing a bit of brain work to a lot of us? I know the way - (all of them), but still haven't decided; Park there or DLR? Don't know if I'll buy anything yet.. I wonder how many will say "Oh sod it", this year or next?

Glad I'm not on that bridge today!
