I rang Trevor (the co-owner) after Rich Harvest was seized. He was his totally upbeat quoting verbatim European Commission and European Court rulings that showed he had done nothing wrong. Moral. C&E shouldn't pick on lecturers in European Competition Law without first checking their facts!
