Fyi as I've not seen a post about this before.
I've just been trying to log into my Ship Radio Licence online account. After several attempts with what I knew to be the correct email address and password, I then resorted to ringing up as online it stated it didn't recognise my email addresss.
You then get a recorded message stating that they have updated everything and you now need to re-register!

I found the same issue very recently but sent them an email and they responded after a couple of days and its all sorted

Correction - it was 4 days

I found that in fact all you need to do is re-register online. You then immediately get an email with a link and you are back into your account with all your previous details.
It would have been helpful if there had been some indication of this requirement rather than just coming up with the statement that your email address is not recognised.
