Would be nice to have some moral support - if anyone friendly is passing by :-)

I think we'll only be in a few days before coming out again. We need to investigate the plumbing and then come out again to have some more holes put in.

I am remaining positive.
(but have a pit of dread forming in belly)

Yippee! Good luck

Wish I could come down but I think I'm doing overtime this weekend to earn some pennies so we can afford our beans on toast next week :D

We are around on Friday - although work gets in the way of first thing
Will you be back out of the water later in the day or in for the weekend?

lots of variables:

can we make the plumbing work as it is and be satisfied with that? Then no need to be out again.
do we need more holes?
how soon can the yard lift us again?

If it's obvious what we need and I can make a quick decision, then we'll be out again asap. Won't know until we see what we see.

Well depending on shifts etc I'd be up for a delivery trip .. :D
Be very happy to crew after 6 Sept.
I would be happy to crew after 6th Sep if you need an extra pair of hands!

Gotta love the ECF! We are aiming for last week of September, so we'll see who is available when the time comes.

Ocean Lady has seven bunks - though none of them are particularly comfortable at the moment. There'll be me, Marc and Paul - so room for 4 more! It's not sailing it up to the City that bothers me, but I am DREADING the berthing! Hope to fit in some practice at Fox's before we go. Fenders out!

Considering her size and engine size, I'm thinking of punching tide and doing it one hop and avoiding the need to overnight at Q'boro. all TBD nearer the time when we know everything is ready.

Much bigger fuel bill punching the tide.....and still a large percentage loss on your SOG.
