Had a slight accident with the masthead wind unit as it failed to bounce after dropping 25' to the concrete, contacted NASA and told to put in post!....as cost of parcel postage now approaching highway robbery..decided to drive over to Stevenage....20mins later on way home with modified unit /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Thanks Alan, Rita & crew ! Ibelieve its called Service!!! Unlike response from Navico for an ais lead! Can't supply sir, have to go to an agent...Ok, contact Yachtbits, No problem, but it will be at least 7-10 days before I get it in from Navico...Sorry..but I'll get it out as soon as it comes in! Service? /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

A second vote for excellent customer service from NASA. Twice had problems, and twice came away with a result, thinking "yeh, that was good".

A phone call last year to them had a new lcd for my speed/depth in the post and only a tenner. Others were recommending a whole new unit.
Customer service that is faith-restoring and the very antithesis of Marine Gagastore

Mikuni gets my vote .. Informative . Helpfull . All the bits in the box ( and more ) .. NEXT DAY Delivery .. 5 Stars .. an added bonus was that it worked .. Not first time but that was me .. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
