Oar retaining thing?

Where can I buy a replacement oar lock? The one on the other side of the inflatable tender has been torn off.

Thanks. It would probably do the job but I'd prefer something to match what was already there.

I always have the devil of a job trying to clip the oar into the thing. If I lost one, I'd peel the other one off and fit those velcro paddle holders to both sides! Just watch out for matching the material - the ones in the link are for hypalon, whereas my duck is PVC.
