Just had an email to say that the equipment is now ready for shipment :) still needs a little touch of application but we soon will have a defence mechanism for the "fun box"

Here it is, the large one in the middle made of iron wood :)

Now there are some that may, and only may get past this but just in case there is a mk2-3-4 in the background of this picture.

Prepare to repel boarders.

Bernie does seem to like his gear just slightly traditional.....

Very nice though.

Wood and Bronze, that's me. When I pickup a board I never know what I will find inside. Look at the pins and rack that I found in my last board. A saw, chisel and a lathe will always keep me finding new things.

I've never find anything that interesting when I open up fiberglass. Oh, sometimes I'll find a little foam coring and other little tidbits, but nothing usefull.

I think by now Tom's drinks cabinet is the most famous cabinet in the world. A difficult burden to shoulder. But them someone must do it. I offer these protective devices so that there will hopefully be something left when I can make my way across the pond.

You'd probably enjoy our wooden boat school in southern Tas. still teaching traditional boat building methods, with a big following around the state.

I'd like to meet the North Wales gang as well, but they would probably corrupt me.......ozzies are quite conservative and timid folk, so the thought of Wales is a bit scary ;)

Right! Sure! Okay! You bet! I believe every word of it!

On numerous occasions, back in the late 60's, I partied with your SAS lads. I don't remember conservative or timid every coming up in conversation. But then again, I don't remember much from those parties either.:D

Old salt has a pocket version of those cannon that has been know to go sailing from time to time. I have a Naval cutlass on a beam over the old wood burner in the lounge plus a CO2 powered Smith & Wesson, so I reckon we could give as good as we get.

Only problem is that such activities tend to bring on a terrible thirst - but the spoils will invariably be shared with the vanquished.

He famously fired it in the cabin of Little Ship. I have never seen Tom serve drinks so quickly before.

I am a little disturbed by Bernie's second picture. Who is the scary man staring in through the window of the door?

Andie,

I had a visit from one of your Ozzie cousins a couple of years ago, they also owned a Grand Banks (Sadly frozen snot) but they were made very welcome and enjoyed the introduction to the "Fun Box" I'm sure that a joint visit from the Colonies would be just as entertaining.:)
