Novice sailors available as deck hands, UK

My wife and I am looking to help out as crew to gain some sailing or boating experience. We are based in London so opportunities on the Thames would be ideal and we can also get to the South coast easily.
Ideally looking for weekend opportunities.
I have sailed before so not a complete novice. My wife is new to sailing.
We are flexible and can supply beers in return!
