Chart 3683 England - East Coast, Sheerness and Approaches.; Sheerness. - Includes changes to depths from the latest Peel Ports Medway and Port of London Authority surveys.
2. New Editions of ADMIRALTY Small Craft Charts - Includes changes to depths from the latest British Government and Trinity House surveys.

3. FRANCE - North Coast - Lights. Dredged areas. Maritime limits. - Extensive port developments have taken place within Calais, including a new quay, new lights, buoy removals, changes to coastline and amendments to various limits. The most significant changes are: A new Compulsory Pilotage Limit for the port of Calais: the former Compulsory Pilotage Limit has been removed: New lights have been established on the new quay and two dredged areas for commercial vessels have been established. These and other changes will be included in a New Edition of Charts 323, 1351, 1406, 1610, 2449, 1892, 5605_1, 5605_2, 5605_10, 5606_1 and 5605_12 to be published early 2022. The most relevant change is the light on the eastern arm of the ‘old’ port which is changed from a red light to characteristics (and colour) of a south cardinal light. That is noted on the illustration.

1. River Thames -
BUGSBY'S REACH - PLAISTOW AND ROYAL PRIMROSE WHARF - CONSTRUCTION WORKS - On or about the 28th February 2021, contractors working on behalf of Port of London Authority will commence works on the removal of timber dolphins, the installation of a gabion campshed and bed levelling at Plaistow and Royal Primrose Wharf. These works will be undertaken by spud barge HAVEN SEAFORTH moored as shown below supported by delivery barges and tugs, as necessary. Working hours are expected to be 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Saturday and expected to last for one-month. All vessels associated with the works will maintain a listening watch on VHF channel 14. Vessels are to be particularly mindful of their wash and draw-off when the barges are grounding or fleeting. Requirements to proceed with caution or at slow speed will be made in accordance with the procedure set out in the Port of London Authority’s Port Information Guide, under ‘London VTS’, ‘Section 4’. Safety boat and site tug FELUCCA will be on station during working hours and maintain a watch on VHF Channel 14.
2. Harwich Haven Authority General Directions for Navigation - The Harwich Haven Authority, in exercise of its powers under Section 32 of the Harwich Harbour Act 1974 following appropriate consultation hereby: • Revokes General Directions for Navigation 2016; and • Gives the following General Directions to vessels to be known as the Harwich Haven Authority General Direction for Navigation 2022. These Directions shall come into operation on the 01 March 2022. You can downlaod the full Directions on the Local List on the above quoted web page.
3. River Orwell - Speed Buoy near Downham Re-Located
Mariners are advised the yellow 6 knot speed buoy, previously in position: - - 52o 00.638’N 001o 11.236’E (near the Deer Park Navigation Buoy) Has now been relocated to the following position:- - 52o 00.681’N 001o 11.303’E (near the Downham Navigation Buoy) Image on tthe above quote web page in the Local List;
4. Lowestoft Bridge Channel – Diving Activities and Quay Wall Repairs -
This notice is to advise Mariners, Port Users and Vessel Operators of diving activity in Lowestoft Harbour from 7th February 2012 as follows:-
Location - Outer Harbour Bridge Channel - Diving for Quay wall repairs in Bridge Channel, South side, immediately East of Bascule Bridge, approx. position 52° 28.36’N, 01° 45.0’E - Location of Diving Activity - Diving activities are scheduled to take place during daylight hours from 7th February for a duration of approx. 7 days (excluding weekends). Divers will be working from the Quay side and will display flag ‘Alpha’ when divers are in the water.
Vessel transits past this location will be restricted while divers are in the water. Lowestoft Port Control will co-ordinate vessel movements accordingly. Image on tthe above quote web page in the Local List;
5. London Array Offshore Wind Farm (Outer Thames Estuary) -
All mariners are advised that the Cable Lay Barge (CLB) ”BokaBarge-82”, operated by Boskalis, will be onsite from 12th February 2022 for approximately 2 weeks to carry out cable repair operations on the SS1-E15 cable at the following location within the London Array Wind Farm. The CLB will be operational within 500mm of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) E15. This is NOT adjacent to Foulger's Gat but 5 vessels will take part including an Accomodation Vessel anchored just outside of the Wind Farm. There may be some consequential safety zones put in place. 6. Port of Wells - is adredging.
