Permanent:
1. New UKHO Chart 1543 (Winterton Ness to Orford Ness) to be published on 2nd October;
2. Walton Backwaters, the No 10 port hand buoy (opposite the Island Point north cardinal) is now lit QR;
3. Sheringham Shoal Wind Farm - all the buoyage marking the extremities is now removed leaving the Wind Farm to be lit by the lighting of the turbines on each of the four corners and one intermediate turbine along each length. there is a chartlet of course illustrating this;
4. A new wreck in 5m+ found just off the north-east entrance to Ostend and the removal of two fish farms, one by the West Hinder light and the other by the Oost Dyke Radar Tower.
Temporary
1. Associated British Ports at Lowestoft have made available a two page chart of the port and approaches based on the UKHO chart. You can download it from http://www.crossingthethamesestuary.com/page9.html under the Temporary menu. Useful guide.
2. Great Yarmouth - until 3rd November, North Wall light (one of the main navigation lights) is moved 3.5m to the east and at a slightly lower level;
3. Great Yarmouth - Diving Operations on berths 5C and 6A until 2nd October. Divers in the water (obviously) and a crane will extend 5 metres out;
4. Crouch - Fairway Buoy No 7 (as previous reported by Jim) back in operation in the right place;
5. Crouch - Ditto as per Jim, notice of a survey in the Roach and Crouch;
6. Medway - Peel Ports reminder of the exclusion zones around the LNG terminal;
7. Thames - Grays terminal - replacement of fender and timber work;
