With apols for the delay:

Permanent

1. The South Holm south cardinal buoy has been moved south. If you use UKHO leisure folio 5614, this drops it off folio 3 and puts it on folio 1 - although on folio 2, it's just a simple move.
2. South 'works in progress' in Dunkirk West harbour - but of course, we don't go there.

Temporary

1. A PLA notice referring to the Sea Reach to Black deep buoy changes and asking peeps who do not need the deep water channel (14.5m to 16.5m) to keep outside it. The Sea Reach changes should be complete by now, the remainder on the way out to the Sunk Gyratory will be completed during October. See the CTTE pdf previously published.
2. Dredging in Harwich and Felixstowe berths and approaches from today for 8 days approx. There is a typo in the original notice which I have faithfully copied! This refers to the support vessels starting in June. Someone has been copying and pasting. Hey ho. The title on the web page says work starting 6th September, the notice says that the HAM 316 will start on 11th September and the Bommel and Shamrock will start on 6th June. From which we might conclude that the Bommel and Shamrock have already been at it from 6th September and were joined today by the Ham. When the 8 days starts and finishes is anyone's guess - but hey just stay out of the way of the workboats! Regulars of course need no such warning....
3. Wet Dock Lock will be closed from 7th to 11th October for repairs - transit only at the level at High Water.
4. Silt trap maintenance on the Orwell Bridge from 23rd September

That's it.
