Apologies for the lateness. Jogged up to Thirstlet Creek Yesterday (appropriately named), dropped the anchor, opened a bottle of wine, opened another bottle of wine, jogged back to the mooring, came ashore to the YC lawn, opened another bottle of wine and some beers, staggered up to Dill's for a Ruby, Cobra with the poppadums and then for a change opened another bottle of wine. Result that by ten o clock I was neither inclined nor in a fit state so on official Health and Safety grounds I went to bed! Disgraceful really..... :o:o

Much much as usual on a BH weekend.

Permanent

Three buoys marking the western edge of the Thornton Bank Wind Farm (off Belgium) removed. I have updated the CTTE images.

Temporary

1. That notice regarding debris on the seabed near the baffle wall that I should have put up last week.
2. Notice of the Thames Barrier closure dates during the next six months
3. Cable burial and survey work at the London Array. They have announced that as they have nearly finished, their updates will only be monthly from here on unless there is exceptional work which will be the subject of a separate notice. The Mary Ann 1 remains in place for now.
4. The lifting of the sunken lighter in the Medway (Acorn Wharf) got rescheduled to 22nd August but should be complete by now if it went according to plan. If it didn't beware the possibility of work continuing there.

That's it.
