Only the Admiralty ones so far as its a Bank Holiday.

Some depths changes on the Medway unlikely to affect us
A light discontinued at Lowestoft harbour, and,

our own forum NtM! - Less water reported at the SW Sunk! As a consequence of Dabsolute of this parish telling us of his mishap where there should have been 3.7m of water, we have informed the UKHO and it now is the subject of a NtM (No 4021/2011). Obviously this has been previous discussed on this forum.

I am afraid there is no update on the London Array Wind Farm this week. The NtM is not yet published and SWMBO is demanding that we go on holiday tomorrow. Back in a week (next weeks will be two days late) but in respect of this windfarm, call the guard boat, probably the Mary Ann 1 again. Cantata heard them calling many yachts last week, many of whom did not respond. They are there to help.

Pass the sun cream and the Kir Royales!:D

I passed through the area on Friday 26th. The guard vessel was Mary Ann 1 and we called them for info. They are actively working on sites adjacent to Foulgers Gat, and weren't at all happy for us to use it. We were at the top of the tide so were able to pretty much sail over the sands anyway. They were actively calling any vessel in the area that looked like it was headed their way. Loads didn't respond so were either actively ignoring the guard vessel or had no VHF on ch16... Only one trimaran refused to comply with the request and continued up the Gat after the guard had spent 30 mins calling them (shoal draft, top of tide - honestly some people).

Not fair on them really to ignore the advice, warnings and assistance. They are doing some pretty heavy engineering apart from any risk to the leisure user.
