1. A new 'foul' way off Southwold. In 30+m of water so won't affect us;
2. Some new depths in the western basin in Dover Harbour (that's to the west of the dredged entrance to the marina);
3. Three new depths in the thames at Woolwich Reach and Bugsby's Reach. While all of the depths are amply for leisure craft, the new sounding in Bugsby's Reach shows that the shoal from the west bank continues to extend across the river with the potential implication that we might find larger stuff wanting to hog the east side of the channel. Plenty for us on the west side!
4. A new drying height and a very small sounding at the Long Sand Head showing it continues to move north-east. This is NOT a corner to cut!
5. AIS now on the Sunk Centre Float. My chart already says that though!

Temporary

1. Maintenance dredging in Harwich Harbour.

Forewarning that I have to go back to Nigeria this weekend for another two weeks so service may be suspended. I'll try and take the web site file and update from there subject to the generators keeping going. If not I'll post a thread is there is anything dire.

2. - where is that?

Nigeria seems a poor swap for Mauritius.

Dover. Sorry, had been to the Boat Show and was a bit tired!

I am going to Nigeria so I can afford to go back to Mauritius - not for work but a holiday. Got that booked for March. Told you I was pushed to get TG ready for the season. Launching on 3rd May!
