Only one permanent:

Deletion of the light on the west terminal of Felixstowe (which I thought was deleted in 2013!)

Temporary

1. Notice from the PLA about commemoration of the starting of shooting in the First World War on 28th June at 1800BST. Masters of ships alongside to sound on prolonged sirens and flags to be lowered to half mast if underway if they wish - all part of an UNESCO initiative.
2. Exclusion zone by Harwich around the crash site;
3. A notice about the dredging that the Shoreway is taking part in, bringing material into the harbour for dumping on the No 9 berth extension site. Looks like I missed this last week (which I don't feel too clever about);

That's it. I have emailed Trinity House regarding the lighting issues on the Long Sand SWM copying it into the Marine Co-ordinators at the London Array and the Port Hydrographer at the PLA. It is out of the PLA area but I have a nice response from the latter for keeping him informed.

Many thanks. A friend who came sailing to Calais (when we tried to comeback through Foulger's Gat) knows someone in Vattenfall (Thanet Offshore) who has passed on our thoughts about red / green turbine bases to her contact at the London Array. Well you never know!
