10. River Crouch - Areas of High Density Small Sailing Vessels -
Owners and operators of power-driven vessels navigating in areas of high-density small sailing craft, in particular but not restricted to, the upper reaches of the River Crouch between Brandy Hole and Hayes Farm are requested to do so at a slow speed, in a considerate manner, whilst keeping a sharp lookout at all times. The Up River Yacht Club, South Woodham Ferrers, and Eyott Sailing Clubs (launching from Hullbridge, South Woodham Ferrers and Fenn Creek) host and run well organised regular sailing events, with marshalling and safety boats in attendance at all times. However, it should be borne in mind that some club members participating are both young, relatively inexperienced, and undergoing training. The Crouch Harbour Authority therefore respectfully request that those in charge of power-driven vessels navigating in these waters are especially vigilant and cautious.
Organisers of all events taking place within the CHA District should, when considering their race courses, be mindful of designated fairways and restrictions of commercial and larger power-driven vessels constrained by their draught, and ability to manoeuvre, and ensure that their passage is not impeded.
11. Paglesham Boatyard – Removal of Paglesham Jetty, River Roach - Paglesham Jetty is being removed from its current position and will be placed on the adjacent slipway for repairs, therefore the fixed green light in approximate position as noted below, will be temporary discontinued: 51°35.613 N 000°48.754 E
12. West Amenities Ramsgate Harbour - Please be advised that, sadly due to a technical issue, there are no toilets and shower facilities in the West Amenity block at Ramsgate Harbour. The East Amenities are available for Showers and Laundry. The toilets located on the Outer West Marina are working as normal. Ramsgate Harbour apologises to all customers during this period and thank you for your understanding.
13. Ramsgate No 1 Approach Buoy - note that the #1 Approach Buoy for the Ramsgate approach channel has been replaced back in its charted position. 51° 19.560’N 001° 27.290’E. West Quern Buoy - Mariners are to note that the West Quern Buoy has been replaced and is now back in its charted position. 51.18.98N - 001.25.39E

That's it
