1. New UKHO charts to be published on 2nd April - Chart 1534 - Great Yarmouth and Approaches, Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour and Great Yarmouth Haven. Chart 1535 East Coast, Lowestoft and Approaches, Lowestoft Harbour. Chart 1975 Thames Estuary Northern Part.
2. Newarp banks - five depth reductions, none of them critical to leisure craft;
3. A Foul in the middle of the Bawdsey anchorage;
4. A temporary notice giving a general warning that depths between the pier heads of Blankenberge are general one metre less than charted. As its a temporary notice, I expect they will dredge;
5. Ten reductions of depth off the Belgian Coast. An eclectic mix of positions with a few low depths that might be worth checking out.

Temporary

1. Warning of 8 weeks work on the Purfleet flood defences starting on 16th March.

I have an issue with the image downloads from this week at the moment which I am working on. For some inexplicable reason the links want to link to what they want to link to and not what I want them to link to. Hopefully won't be long. But the words and the images you can see without the downloads are correct. Edit: That's all working now.

No sooner done that and today there are the seasonal marks notices and the Halfpenny Pier details for the year. I'll put them up on my return from Turkey on Friday.

And now there is a Trinity House notice saying the Inner and Outer Long Sand SWB (Foulger's Gat) are now Iso. 2 seconds. I'll add that as well on my return.

You go away and the temp notices never stop: This one might just be important if its a nice weekend:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Esplanade Pier in Rochester is closed until further notice. The pier is located in the following approximate position: 51° 23.452’ N 000° 29.995’ E

A 40foot motor cruiser has sunk while moored alongside the pier and is only visible at low tide. Currently the sunken motor cruiser is not marked. Salvage operations are
expected to take place this week. Persons in charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of Esplanade Pier should proceed with CARE and CAUTION at a SAFE SPEED with
MINIMUM WASH. Further information may be obtained from Medway Navigation Service (VTS) on VHF Channel 74, callsign "Medway VTS", or telephone (01795) 663025.
