The vessel will discharge using a floating pipeline to the east of Berth No 4. Dredging will take place 24/7 with expected completion to be around 3rd March 2024. The MEUSE RIVER is required to remain a minimum 75m clearance from vessels berthing or departing at No 3 berth and will display lights and signals as per the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at sea and maintain a listening watch on VHF channel 68 Further details will be broadcast by London VTS on VHF Channel 68.
2. RIVER THAMES - SEA REACH - LONDON GATEWAY PORT 100-METRE EXCLUSION ZONE & SPEED RESTRICTION - QUAY CRANES UNLOADING - On the 18th of February 2024, quay cranes for London Gateway Port will be delivered by the vessel Zhen Hua 26. Upon delivery, the crane booms will be in the lowered position, extending over the ship's side. Upon arrival active local traffic control will be in place while the vessel manoeuvres and shifts along the berth. Traffic will be held until the ship is clear of the channel. The unloading process will take place over a period of 6 days, and the cranes will arrive fully erected. During the offloading process, there will be a 100-metre exclusion zone from the vessel. Additionally, a speed restriction of 8 knots will be imposed whilst cranes are being offloaded. Vessels must proceed with caution. The chartlet below shows the approximate location of the exclusion zone:
Speed restriction when in place will be included on river & estuary broadcasts by London VTS on VHF channel 68 and 69. Further information can be obtained by contacting London VTS by telephone 01474 562215.
3. PORT OF GREAT YARMOUTH - PILE SURVEY WORKS GREAT YARMOUTH PORT LIMITS - The Artemis will transit under Haven Bridge at Low water on Wednesday 21st February and under a Pile Survey in front of the Southern pontoon in front of Berth 31D. The Artemis will then moor at 31E, 14A or 24 overnight. The survey will continue on Thursday 22nd February and depart to allow the Artemis to transit through Haven bridge, Acle and Vauxhall Bridges at Low Water. There are no restrictions on the timing of the activities. During the survey works, the works are not thought to restrict the passage of vessels, the navigational channel remains open, but if deemed necessary by the Marine Operators from the Port Authority, the survey activities will be temporarily relocated to allow safe passage. Regular movements of these vessels will be undertaken in the immediate vicinity and they may be moored/in position on either side of the river. Mariners are reminded to maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 12 at all times whilst within the Port of Great Yarmouth and to advise ‘Yarmouth Radio’ of their intention to conduct any manoeuvre within the Port prior to doing so. 5. Marine Aggregate Industry Survey Notification - Please be advised that from 28 April 2023 companies of the Anglian Offshore Dredging Association (AODA) will be undertaking seabed sampling surveys and geophysical survey of aggregate dredging areas in the Anglian Dredging region, from the sites shown in Figure 1. The seabed sampling survey will deploy a grab sampler at each of these sites and recover a seabed sample for processing onboard the vessel for further analysis. Geophysical survey works will be completed by personnel from Manor Renewable Energy from the survey vessel Manor Venture. Vessel details are presented below in Table 1. The work is expected to take approximately 4-6 weeks in suitable weather conditions, although adverse weather conditions may mean that the total estimated survey time is spread over a longer period. This notification is intended for circulation to all interested parties responsible for navigational safety or undertaking activities in the vicinity of the planned survey works. Further details regarding the surveys can be obtained by contacting the Liaison Programme Coordinator using the contact details at the head of this communication. See the survey area chartlet in the Local list in the above quoted webpage.

7. Trinity House Notice to Mariners, - 2025 AIDS TO NAVIGATION REVIEW - The General Lighthouse Authorities (GLA) will be undertaking a review of Aids to Navigation (AtoN) provision around the coasts of Great Britain and Ireland during 2024. The Review will be published in 2025 and will inform the GLAs’ work plans for the following five year period.
The GLA provide a comprehensive and sustainable network of AtoN for General Navigation and are responsible for the Superintendence and Management of Local AtoN provided by Local Lighthouse Authorities. The SOLAS Convention requires the provision of “such Aids to Navigation as the volume of traffic justifies and the degree of risk requires”. The 2025 review will consider all AtoN on the coasts of Great Britain and Ireland, both individually and as AtoN systems.
The GLA consider good quality user input to be an essential component of this review. Users of Marine AtoN are invited to contribute to the review by commenting on:
  • The usefulness and usability of existing AtoN provided by the GLAs.
  • Any proposed requirement for the provision of new AtoN.
  • The mix of AtoN provided including lighthouses, buoys, beacons, Racons and AIS AtoN.
  • The benefit to users of providing additional data from AtoN such as meteorological data.
  • The effectiveness of systems used to promulgate information relating to AtoN.
  • Any other AtoN related issues.
Comments regarding AtoN provision around England, Wales and the Channel Islands should be addressed to navigation @trinityhouse.co.uk before 31st May 2024.

That's it. It may take a little while to upload to my website. 'Summat' is not working at the moment. Of course it is IT and AI but I will be blamed :devilish:
