OG has been pressganged into organising a weekend away for RCC.After careful consideration of the finer points of navigation and other technical stuff including weather forecasts and tides etc etc,we may well be heading for Chatham MDL sometime in April.

Hmm.... lets see.... that must be all of 3 miles from the RCC clubhouse/jetty and even less from bateauhaus oldgit ? Such an adventure - do let us know how you get on and whether you lose anyone on the way !

Whew .....thats a bit of luck we are orf to St Kats......24th to 27th May and you lot of speed merchants can keep the wash down as we pass.

Went into RCC last night and no less than 3 fine craft (curiously all Brooms) have signed on to the OG little adventure.
In keeping with club policy we will be fine dining in the All-You-Can-scoff chinese just round the corner.
Mrs OG is charged with concocting a quiz tenuously connected with the dockyard and local area.
Any clues/suggestions or actual questions(with answers) gratefully accepted,you will of course get no credit at all for this help.
We were going to offer a large bottle of whisky as first prize but it would appear somebody has already sampled it.
