1. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. - London River - Two increases of depth in Gravesend Reach!
2. ENGLAND - East Coast - Buoy. London River - New starboard hand buoy at Gallions Point in Gallions Reach;
3. BELGIUM - Wind turbines. - This notice repeats NtMs 5513(P) and 5645 in weeks 48 and 49 respectively to catch up with the changes for UKHO chart 110 for the Rentel Wind Farm. No other changes so the image is repeated:

1. TOWER PIER TO SHORNMEAD LIGHT SUBSURFACE TOWED EQUIPMENT SURVEY - Starting on Friday 7th December 2018 survey works will be carried out along the River Thames between Tower Bridge and Shornmead Light by a PLA Survey vessel which will deploy subsurface towed equipment up to 200m astern of the vessel. When carrying out the survey the PLA Survey vessel will be restricted in its ability to manoeuvre and will display lights and shapes in accordance with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 (as amended) Rule 27 b. The vessels will maintain a listening watch on the appropriate port VHF working channel throughout the working period. All vessels are required to proceed with caution past the survey vessel when work is underway and at all times when advised by London VTS. The latest survey position will be updated by London VTS through the routine broadcasts made on the appropriate port VHF working channel. Survey work is due to be completed by 21st December 2018 but this may be extended as a result of prolonged periods of unsuitable weather or other operational requirements.
2. Burnham - Dredging Operations - Burnham Yacht Harbour Marina Ltd will be undertaking their Annual Maintenance Dredging Operations in the approach to and within Burnham Yacht Harbour, Burnham on Crouch, Essex, between approximately 15th December 2018 and 31st May 2019, carried out by Motor Vessel BEAVER. Caution should be taken when entering and leaving the Marina whilst Dredging Operations are in progress.
3. Lowestoft - REVISED PORT SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE FOR MASTERS - Mariners and Port-Users are advised that the information note for ‘Port Safety and Environmental Notice for Master’ using Lowestoft Harbour has been revised and is attached to this notice. 4. Port of Wells dredging - also an appeal for the Lifeboat Horse Appeal
"Did you love the sculpture of the lifeboat horse on the marsh? Would you like it to stay in Wells?
This particular exhibit created such a positive response to visitors and residents that we are leading a fund for it to remain. We are therefore asking businesses and individuals if they would like to contribute to the cost of purchasing the piece for the community and placed in the Harbour. The total required is £15,000. We will need to raise the total by the end of January 2019. All donations are welcome, no matter how small. The Harbour will donate an amount towards that cost and will pay all ongoing costs for insurance, maintenance and winter storage.
We are keen for this sculpture to remain as part of the town’s heritage as a dedication to the horses that pulled the 33ft lifeboat two and a half miles from the quay to Holkham Gap.

5. The Wash - Approaches to Kings Lynn - Amendments to Buoyage - due to changes in the profile of the approach channel the following amendments will take place on or about 11th December 2018: a) No.12 light buoy to be moved 130m x 170°(T) to 52° 52’.260N 00°21’.915E b) No.13 light buoy to be moved 220m x 175°(T) to 52° 52’.160N 00°21’.735E. Requested to give the buoying vessel “St Edmund” a wide berth and pass at minimum speed whilst works to move the buoys are being undertaken.
6. London Array. The Jack-up vessel “Ziton Wind Server” is commencing four major component exchanges within the London Array wind farm from the 11th December 2018. They will be attending on that date to the B15 turbine which lines Foulger's Gat. A 500m exclusion zone will be in place and that will certainly partially restrict the Gat. The London Array might regard Foulger's Gat to be temporarily closed although there ought to be room to pass. It would be prudent for the service vessel to be called at the earliest opportunity.
