Three UKHO NtMs
1. NETHERLANDS - Buitenbanken W and Eurogeul - Note. Buoyage. Legends. Recommended direction of traffic flow. NM Block. - Bit of an obscure notice. A block of the revised shipping anchorage just east of the Maas Junction is provided and the remainder is buoy designation changes. I had a look at the Netherlands NtM but there is no more comprehensive detail. Frankly a new chart is required to get the detail;
2. FRANCE - North Coast - Dunkerque N - Buoy. - a new yellow special buoy in one of the offshore channel north of Dunkerque;
3. ENGLAND - East Coast - Blakeney Hr. - Buoy. - the Blakeney 'Fairway' SWB has been moved to the east. On the Blakeney web site there is news of forthcoming changes viz: “Major improvements and alterations to harbour buoyage will be carried out over the next few months. Over 60 new replacement buoys, including a new Fairway and Hjordis East buoy, will come on station. There will be times when the buoyage information on our website is incorrect. For current information please telephone the number below. We will advise you of the new buoyage details on completion of the works.”

1. River Thames - ST CLEMENTS REACH - FENDER REPAIRS - GRAYS TERMINAL - repairs for 5 days from 3rd July.
