UKHO Permanent:

1. ENGLAND - East Coast - River Roach - Devils Reach - Lights. - 2 new lights on the north side of the river - I think where the Oyster Nursery Farm was installed;
2. ENGLAND - East Coast - Approaches to The Wash - Docking Shoal SE - Light. Fog signal. Legend. Buoy. - two items - delete of the Tower off the Docking Shoal and the second, change of the position (west cardinal buoy) off the entrance to Wells;
3. ENGLAND - East Coast - Approaches to the Thames Estuary - Long Sand Head N - Depths. Buoyage., a reduction of depth (9.2m) off the Long Sand Head and movement consequential for the shipping buoyage (the Black Deep - the most ever moved buoy in the estuary) and the Long Sand Head;
4. ENGLAND - East Coast - Great Yarmouth - River Yare - Lights. Pontoon. A new pontoon from the shore and two new lights. I cannot create an image of the charted position becuase it is off the chart!
5. FRANCE - North Coast - Approaches to Dunkerque - Wrecks. Obstructions. Fouls. Legends. - a nightmare. I haven't been able to create an image (or several). There has been a major survey of the wrecks around Dunkerque. All the wrecks are either downgraded to FOUL or now has greater depth over the wrecks (many of which would not be marked on leisure charts).

Temporary

1. More dredging in Wells;
2. Dredging in the Royal Harbour, Ramsgit.

That's it.

Re the nightmare at Dunkirk (once again ?)
You could turn to the French NTM: they often publish corrected chartlets of changes.
Now Dunkirk is covered by SHOM 7057 (1:32000) , 6651 (1:69000), and possibly 7214...

Cartes Françaises under Correction aux Cartes Marines

You'll find 4 downloadable chartlets that might help

Thank you. I'm aware of the opportunity. The opportunity I have been providing has been to illustrate where the changes are and I am able to plot lat/long precise where the changes are to add that illustration. To plot coordinates using the French downloadable chartlet would, in this case, be a bit of a nightmare to 2 decimal points - and the amount of wreckage is a challenge - was something I took the refuge suggesting the 'downgrading' of the navigation risk was such that leisure charts would not be adding any challenges for leisure craft - the first in 6 years of NtM service I had copped out.

I could of course add the downloadable French chartlets but my UKHO licence would not give a specific permission. So far my French has challenged whether I can replicate them but grateful if anyone can help (note that the UKHO are happy for individuals to download chartlets but insisted that as replicating I need a licence - which they gave me free of charge but not without quite a few complications.

I'll have a look again tonight (got to get the winter cover off today)
